Please note, due to the large size of the shipping box and the associated costs, as well as the potential impact on product integrity during transit, we are unable to offer refunds on items due to incorrect ordering. Therefore we kindly ask you to ensure you have ordered the correct SKIN shape for your BBQ. If you wish to clarify the shape of your BBQ, please reach out to our team and we can assist you.

Shipping costs are included in the price of your order. Due to the large size of the box, shipping represents more than 50% of the total cost. In some cases, we may choose to split the shipment into smaller boxes to help reduce these costs, and we will notify you if this option has been chosen.

If you require expedited delivery, you can opt for Express shipping at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.
